Please note:

The on-line system operates in UK Pounds, and the conversion rate applied will be the one of the day of the payment.

No credit card comissions or payment system fees are charged to the credit card owner.

Bank transfers and cheques are not accepted.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

If you require a refund for your booking, please contact the conference organisers (kristine.kjeldsen@graduateinstitute.ch).  No refunds will be issued after 31st August 2012. 

RECEIPTS

Receipts for fee-paying participants are the payment confirmation issued by the online payment system.
